Radical Anthropology is the journal of the Radical Anthropology Group and is published annually in October. The journal is a forum for discussing the political lessons that can be drawn from anthropology's knowledge of the range of human possibilities. It can be downloaded free using the links below.

Radical Anthropology welcomes submission of reviews or articles. We favour accessible writing for a readership which is not necessarily academic. Anthropology asks one big question: What does it mean to be human? Any topic has relevance, but we are especially interested in themes of the politics and science of human origins; indigenous rights movements; the anthropology of direct action; rock art; archaeology; hunter-gatherer cosmology; the evolution of music and language; egalitarianism and transegalitarianism; structuralism, myth, magic and folklore; and many others.
